Green on Green

photoA shiny Cup flower seed head bends down to chat to a hosta.

photoA Maidenhair fern frond whispers of dark mysteries on the forest floor.

photoYellow-green blades drape themselves in delicate punctuation over their neighbors.

It’s easy to view green only as a backdrop. Yet green’s infinite permutations and moods reward the careful observer.  Next time you’re outside, take a closer look at green.
